The Concept: Film and Dance Social

The Concept is throwing its second annual event very soon in Durham! Share your publication details about the event in hopes of inviting dance, film and all storytelling creatives in the triangle area that would benefit from the event. The Concept is a space where movement-based creatives can share in their conceptual storytelling process and knowledge. Art appreciators come together at Perfect Lovers cafe to review different films their community members have been working on. This is followed by a Q&A allowing each creative to deep dive into their process. After the film portion has concluded, there is a dance party with a local Live DJ. The purpose is to make this kind of knowledge accessible and cultivate a space where the community can feel inspired and grow.
